Client Care Representative – Credit Protection USA

Credit Protection USA is seeking a Client Care Representative to act in the capacity of a client relations and customer success.

Join the growing team of Credit Protection USA / Credit Law Center, an advocate for consumer rights, as a member of our Client Care department. We are revolutionizing our industry and are looking for qualified candidates with positive energy and team spirit to contribute to our dynamic and fast-paced environment.

This is a customer service position with emphasis on call volume and attention to detail.

  • Must take Good Notes.
  • Must posses great Customer Service Skills.
  • Build and develop strong working relationships with customers.
  • Work with clients and determine the proper action plan in regards to the repair process
  • Must be a Team Player.
  • Effectively manage time and activity.
  • Quickbooks and Excel Experience is a plus.
  • Need to be comfortable on a computer and be able to type.
  • This is a Monday through Friday Job with no tolerance for tardiness or absenteeism.
  • Data Entry using Credit Protection USA /Credit Law Center CRM

  • Outstanding relationship management capabilities, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to articulate and communicate in an engaging manner.
  • Exceptional listening skills, with the ability to detect problem/risks.
  • Superior customer focused approach at all times.
  • Capable of working in a team environment.
  • Personal qualities and style requirements include possessing high energy, enthusiasm, resilience, determination, and a high level of detail.
  • Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management Systems.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Valid Drivers License
  • High School diploma or GED.
