Chad Jump is Director of Performance Management at Credit Protection USA. His role is Project Management, Software Development team member. Chad Jump has a team of Performance managers that monitor and analyze dealer dealership performance to determine expectations, goals and objectives in order to achieve results. His Performance managers also provide dealership training for client enrollment, maintaining and building dealer relations.
Chad also manager a team of Credit Analyst that works with automotive dealership clients’ and provide personal consultation regarding credit repair, rent reporting, debt consolidation and stopping creditors from calling.
He is a father of 5 (Sydney, Kyle, Peyton, Katlyn & Thomas) and married to Krista Jump. He resides in South Kansas City Missouri.
Chad has been in the automotive industry his entire life. He started off as a salesperson at Extreme Ford in Kansas City Missouri in 1997. He has worked at automotive stores from Monroe Louisiana to Belton Missouri. He came to Credit Protection USA from an automotive software company based in Kansas City, called VinSolutions. Where he worked there 6 years as a Performance Manager, building and maintaining relationships with automotive dealers in Chicago and surrounding areas, as well as Michigan, Indiana, Wisconsin, Ohio and Florida.
